LOHE have their geographical and philosophical origins rooted in the town of Mbinga, the renowned agricultural center of all types of farmers, be it poultry keeping, animal husbandry, fish farming, cereal and maize growing. Spreading knowledge is Lohe Tanzania Ltd a key factor in the growth of her human resources. And strongly believes in the added value that highly qualified, competent and skilled staff can provide. For this reason, every year Lohe constantly invests in personnel training. Lohe helps to introduce students to the world of work, by organizing several activities in collaboration with secondary schools and universities. This program also involves training internships in all corporate areas, the assignment of graduation theses and conference sessions on “power transmission”, held both at the company and at the most prestigious universities. Lohe are constantly on the lookout for young, talented motivated and responsible people with a work culture.

Day to day activities are managed by Mr. John Remigius Mapunda, who has over 7years experience in Accountancy and Management.
While the Operations are headed by Mr. Damas Ndimbo,a gentleman well versed with maize production and experience over 6 years.
